Terms and Conditions of Credit Limit Application

The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute an agreement between ShipAny and the applicant (“Applicant”) for the application of a credit limit from ShipAny under the following terms and conditions:

1. Credit Limit

1.1 A deposit of 50% of the requested credit limit amount is required.

1.2 The Applicant must first top up their ShipAny account and have enough account balance to pay for the required deposit.

1.3 The Applicant can subsequently apply for a higher credit limit, up to the maximum allowed, with adequate balance for the required deposit payment.

1.4 The Applicant must provide accurate contact information and valid identification information in their ShipAny account.

2. Interest

There will be no interest paid for the deposit amount.

3. Deposit Refund

The deposit is only refundable upon the termination of the ShipAny account, minus any outstanding balances and bank charges.

4. Late Payments

Failure to settle invoices on time may result in the removal of the credit limit and the deduction of the deposit to settle the outstanding balance.

5. Credit Limit Adjustment

Based on account usage and payment history, ShipAny reserves the right to change the credit limit at any time without prior notice.
